Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Global Trading Key collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We follow the EU GDPR and Dutch privacy law (UAVG).

1. Who we are (Data Controller)

2. Data we collect

From subscribers:

• Telegram username + user ID — to deliver signals and tie your subscription to your account
• Email address (optional, for payment confirmations only)
• Subscription key (GTK-XXXXXXXX) and tier
• Payment data — transaction ID, amount, timestamp, currency (we never see card numbers; crypto payments are pseudonymous on-chain)

From Sanders / Magic Keys users:

• MetaTrader 5 account number (for license binding only)
• Hardware fingerprint (CPU + disk + MAC hash) — to prevent license sharing
• Trade execution metadata — fills, slippage, latency (for service quality monitoring; no individual position content sent to us)

From website visitors:

• IP address (anonymized after 24h) — for security & abuse prevention
• Browser type + page views — first-party analytics (no third-party trackers)
• Functional cookies only — see our Cookie Policy

3. Why we collect it (Legal basis)

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide the Service you subscribed to
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — fraud prevention, license enforcement, service quality
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — tax records, payment audit trail

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data. We share only with:

• Telegram — the bot platform (their privacy policy applies to messages sent on Telegram)
• NOWPayments — our crypto payment processor (for invoice settlement)
• Groq — our AI provider (only the trading question text; no personal identifiers)
• Tax authorities / law enforcement — if legally compelled

5. How long we keep it

• Active subscription data: while your subscription is active + 7 years (tax retention)
• Trade execution logs: 12 months
• AI chat history: 10 minutes (auto-cleared per user)
• Website analytics: 90 days

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You can at any time:

• Access all data we hold on you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data (right to be forgotten)
• Export your data in machine-readable format
• Object to specific processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

7. Security

Subscription data is stored on encrypted servers in Germany (Hetzner). Hardware fingerprints are one-way hashed. All web traffic uses TLS 1.3.

8. International transfers

Telegram messages and AI requests cross outside the EU. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced on the website. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
