Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Global Trading Key (the "Service"), including the Telegram signals bot (@globaltradingkey_signalsbot), the Sanders copy-trading desktop application, the Magic Keys desktop application, and the website at globaltradingkey.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Global Trading Key provides automated trading signals, market analysis tools, and trade execution utilities for individuals trading their own accounts on supported brokers (primarily MetaTrader 5). The Service is an information and tooling provider — not a financial advisor, money manager, broker, or licensed investment firm.

Important: Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions remain solely with you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By subscribing you confirm you have authority to enter trading positions on the broker account you connect.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance, in USD, via crypto payment (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC and others).
Pricing is shown on the website; current tiers: BASIC $39/mo · PRO $79/mo · VIP $149/mo · Magic Keys plans separate.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew — your access expires at the end of the term unless you actively renew.

4. Refund Policy

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: crypto payments are non-reversible, but legitimate technical issues during your first 7 days are reviewed case-by-case and may result in a credit or extension.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Share, resell, or redistribute signals, screenshots, or content to non-subscribers
Reverse-engineer the Sanders or Magic Keys binaries
Run the Service on prohibited broker accounts (some prop firms ban copy-trading — check your firm's ToS)
Use the Service for any unlawful trading activity

6. No Performance Guarantee

Past performance shown on this site or in any signal is historical data. Win rates, R-multiples, and outcomes vary materially between users based on broker, slippage, position sizing, leverage, time-of-entry, and account history.

You can lose money. Trading derivatives, forex, CFDs and crypto involves substantial risk. Only trade capital you can afford to lose.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but make no SLA guarantee. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, force majeure, market data outages, or broker-side issues. We are not liable for trades missed or executed during downtime.

8. Account Security

Keep your subscription key (GTK-XXXXXXXX) private. We will never DM you asking for your key. If you suspect your key is compromised, contact @globalsanders immediately.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms — including unauthorized sharing, abuse of the bot, or fraudulent payment claims — without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law: Global Trading Key, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Service. Your total claim against us in any 12-month period may not exceed the amount you paid us in that period.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
